Great product!!
I have a Medela Pump in Style Advanced. I use Dr. Brown's bottles. I use the standard size bottles for feeding LO but I don't really like them for pumping. The bottles are too tall so I end up sitting in an awkward position. Plus, the base is skinny and I'm clumsy so I frequently ::almost:: knock full bottles of milk over. I got these adapters so I could use Dr. B's wide neck bottles with my pump. They work perfectly! I love them. Now I can sit normally while I pump and the bottles are much more stable so even if I do bump them they don't fall over. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants to pump directly into wide neck bottles. One thing to note about the seller is that they take a couple extra days to process orders (at least they did when I ordered). It clearly states this when you're checking out and before you confirm your order but I skipped over it (oops!). It's super obvious. I was just in a hurry and didn't read it. Works Perfectly
These screw on to my glass Born Free bottles and make them work with my Medela pump perfectly. It's so much more convient to pump straight into the bottle that my son will be eating from (any method of reducing the number of dishes to be washed is appreciated!)

Easy to use, saves having to clean extra bottles
I like being able to pump directly into the bottle I am going to use to feed the baby - it saves me from having to wash an extra bottle, and also I'm not wasting any milk when transfering it from bottle to bottle. I use it with the hands free bustier, and Born Free glass bottles. I get a little nervous when the glass bottles are almost full since they do get heavy, but it's always been fine.

Lactina kit, indespensible
I've exclusively breastfed by pumping for over a year now using the Medela Lactina. The product advertised here is the kit only, NOT the breastpump. That means the white and yellow pieces are included, not the big blue box - the pump is much more expensive. It can be rented from your hospital or purchased for about $800. The kits however do eventually wear out, especially if it gets used as much as mine has the gaskets in the piston wear out and the tubing gets tattered. Getting an average of about 4 hrs/day usage for over a year I've worn out one piston and have the second broken in but lots of life left in it. It's nice to be able to replace it all to keep it working the best you can. If you use a Pump in Style this includes the Personal Fit connectors, tubing, shields, valves, membrane and bottles, plus an extra piston you won't need to use. You can use the piston like a manual pump but it's very difficult to hold the attachments to yourself and work the piston at the same...

Excellent kit!
I had problems to nurse my baby during the first days because I didn't have enough milk and I had to complement her feeding with formula. So I rented a Medela breast pump from my local hospital to keep my milk production and ordering the double pumping kit I reduced the pumping time in 50%. Excellent option for moms that want to breastfeed the baby and need to use the bottle at the same time."

Best way to avoid leakage
These bottles do indeed leak, unless you can figure out the 'trick'... It really ought to be documented from the manufacturer. This is what I do: Fill up the bottle with formula (or milk), make sure the edge of the bottle is clean. Now wet the nipple (the inside rubber part) thoroughly (this is the 'trick'). When you screw on the nipple, go slowly, make sure it's straight on, and don't over tighten. With the wet nipple, you can sort of feel (and hear) when it gets a good seal, it's sort of a "suction" noise. I hope this helps.
