Wanted to get stuff off my back
Ok I got this to minimize what I would carry for shorter rides. I figured I would put my stuff in the bag and carry a water bottle instead of my Camelbak. It didn't work out very well for me personally. I am only 5ft4in so my frame isn't very large. There isn't room for the bag and a water bottle. That defeats the whole reason I purchased it. Don't bother if you are short and want to use a water bottle.

Power Bag It!
This bag is excellent for commuting or short training rides. It is obviously not the most aerodynamic bag you could get, but it is handy for snacks, cellphone, multitool, etc. The only thing I don't like is that there could be a little more velcro on the straps so that it had a tighter fit. Solid Bag
In my search I didn't want a seatpost bag to interfere with items strapped on my rear rack. A handlebar bag was too much for my everyday needs, in addition to having a backpack and panniers. The frame bags I found weren't large enough for what I wanted to carry. This works well for everyday rides where a lot of stuff isn't needed. When I ride this holds my wallet and phone on one side, while the other handles gel/energy bar, keys, spare tube, multi tool and my front light I don't leave on 24/7. If I needed it to, it could hold more, but not a lot.I haven't had experience with a lot of other bags, but this one is larger than most frame bags I saw in my LBS without being too large.Only downside is it can rub on my knees a little when I'm out of my saddle, but nothing too annoying. Biking Needs
Great little bag for my new Trek bike. I am using it to hold my first aid kit (yes, you REALLY need to keep one), my sunscreen, and my contact lens / eyeglasses kit. Fits everything with little or no interference with other items already mounted on the bike. Top to learn more

A nice sized bag
It arrived sooner than promised. The zipper is on the top, too many other ones the zipper is at the bottom. It's a good size, a small tire pump fits, along with some tools and patches, wallet, cell phone maybe even a sandwich. The Velcro straps are long enough even for large size tubes. Top to learn more

Useful and Effective
Purchased one of these for my roadbike, as I wanted something to store my keys and phone, but not something that attaches below the saddle, so that I could still use a rear fender thing that attaches to the seat post (I live in Indiana, where the weather hates us all)Sturdy yet flexible, I was able to get this fitting very snugly on my bikes frame. I have a 90 degree frame angle, and I can't say how well this would fit for women specific bikes or other exotic frames.Only grief, but expected: This will cover up your 2nd water bottle cage mount on your frame (at least on a 56cm frame). Just keep that in mind if you are the type of person that needs more than 32oz of water per ride. I don't so I've managed fine without the extra cage. Top to learn more

Did not fit my bike
I ended up giving this bag to a friend as it did not fit my bike. I have a medium frame Canondale Trail SL 5. The angle on the bag was not close at all to the angle in the frame of my bike. If I placed the top side against the top rail, the bottom of the vertical side woudl end up about two to three inches away from the downtube. Also, I have a water bottle on my bike and this bag wuold have interfered with the waterbottle. If you have a larger frame bike this bag may work well however if you have a smaller frame bike I do not recommend getting this bag. With all of that said, I had no issues with the quality of the bag and think it would hold up nicely to normal bicycling use. Check your frame angle before you buy
I purchased this for my Raleigh SC40 which appeared to have a 90 degree frame angle. Also, since this is an Avenier product I assumed it would fit because Raleigh makes the Avenier brand.....WRONG - the angle was too wide. Fortunately I have a Trek hybrid which fits perfectly and will make a good lock carrier. There is a plastic half tube which runs the interior of the angle section for support and a flat rectangular sheath which does not fully attach to the lenngth of the bag on the exterior. I wouldn't carry an iPhone is this, but definitely tubes, tools, locks, etc. If you are wanting to get away from saddle bags you might take a look at Topeak's website - very good pictures and description of thier excellent products. Then come back to Amazon for the best prices. Top to learn more

It's like a compressed Koala with an expanded space modulator.
I'm using the where the frame's angles and dimensions make it difficult to latch on my bike lock.[+] The Ibera bag's construction is great. Velcro loops atop and fore are sturdy to keep this well secured.[+] The main compartment fits my , a 11.6 x 5.9 x 1.7 inches ; 3.4 pounds beastly lock and then a bit more.[+] Inside is a smaller stealthy zipped pouch that can hold wallets, phones, keys, and etc.[+] The secondary zipped compartment is large enough to hold a scrunched up cargo net, gloves, and my sports goggles.[-] The bag's dimensions however sacrifice the cup holder. The last bag I made was a team effort with coach Mom at my parents house using mom's fancy machine. I figured it'd be nice to have a sewing machine at my house, so over the winter we dug my grandmothers mid-century Singer out from the dust and I proceeded to give it a little TLC and refubishing.
A custom frame bag is a commitment (at least for me. ), because it’s expensive and means that I’m keeping that frame for a while. I was looking at the Salsa Cycles blog a few days ago, and saw a notice that they had just received a small advance shipment of Revelate frame bags custom made for the Mariachi.
