Love it!
I had a Keen Brooklyn bag that was a bit different style. The bage lasted for years. It finally gave out. I tried other bags, but went back to Keen. Knowing their products are made to last. This bag is just a bit larger than my old one, but the size is perfect. I love the color, the inside pocekts, the zip pocket on the out side, the phone pocket, I could go on and on. This is the bag for those that are busy, need to carry more than a wallet (your kindle) etc.

I have this bag in dark earth, and I love it. It has tons of little pockets all over, and it feels like it's built well. The fabric isn't waterproof, but I've been caught in a rainstorm with this bag and it's been able to keep everything inside dry. The cell phone pouch on the outside of the bag is handy. Unfortunately the water bottle holder inside isn't useful to me because the bag isn't tall enough to fit my Klean Kanteen. I imagine the holder would work just fine if you used a small, plastic bottle, but I have a feeling that the person who would be interested in this bag probably has a reusable stainless steel bottle. Regardless, it's a great, rugged bag.

The Keen Alameda Bag is an awesome laptop messenger bag perfect for school and travel and daily activities. I've been using this as an alternative to my backpack and I love it. Awesome bag
I ordered this for my husband, who was using a laptop for the first time. I did a lot of research, and am happy to say that it payed off. I have used it, too. He has a 15'' Macbook and it fits perfectly. The most important feature that this bag has (that others are missing) is the handle on top. It is great for getting in and out of the car, easily. It is also a great looking bag, and doesn't have that "briefcase" look. Is has the right amount of pockets inside for storing and separating. I highly recommend this bag.
