Excellent bag!
I am very impressed with this bag, but before I get to my own feedback, I want to address some issues that other reviewers have posted.1. The zippers do not slide down.The reviewer said,"the side zippers like to slide down a lot." No they don't. The zippers work fine on this and haven't slid down once. In fact, with the exception of the one zipper directly next to the body, the only zippers which actually go up and down are the ones that make it expandable, so even if they did slide down it's not a loss. It's not like it's leaving anything open. The one next to the body doesn't move and likely wouldn't anyway since it sits next to you.2. The bag is not painful to use, if used properly.The reviewer said, "This bag cuts across the neck when worn over the shoulder." Sure, if you have it set too tight or loose. Nice, sturdy bag
This bag is cuper cute and really sturdy. I keep my MacBook in it along with other personal items. It is really big. Others said the handle is too short, it is a little short, but it doesn't bother me at all. The little change purse is very handy, but comes off with a little tug, so I wouldn't advise keeping money in it. I used a pliers to reattach it. Great bag, great price, pretty good quality.

Can you say Rugged? (w/ a capital R)
I bought this strap for my duffel bag for a trip to europe and I can confidently say that the strap will outlast my eastpak duffel bag. Just what I needed
This is a replacement strap for my messenger bag. Or as my wife calls it my man purse or murse. It is just what I needed: there is a rough grip material that is on the under side of the padded section so there is no more sliding off my shoulder. The same section is curved so that it 'fits' over the shoulder. The length is adjustable enough to allow for a sling over or over the head use. Top to learn more

Purchased one, then ordered five more
I originally purchased one of these as a replacement strap for my camera bag full of expensive gear. I needed something strong, reliable, and comfortable. This is the end-all for shoulder straps. Pad is comfortable and will not slip. The clips are METAL and secure...carry your load with confidence. Overall build quality is well above average. This is a great bag. The canvas is durable. Straps are strong, padded and comfortable, and the inside is easily configurable. I'm keeping 1 dslr and three lenses in it along with a flash and some misc smaller items. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a larger bag. HOWEVER, it's just that - a larger bag so it's great for traveling, but it's too big to be usable as a walk-around bag. Top to learn more
Excellent Quality Bag
The National Geographic bag is an excellent quality shoulder bag, sturdy yet lightweight. It is lined with a cotton material inside each section, too, which is great for camera equipment. I purchased this item at 3pm on December 23rd, and paid a very reasonable overnight shipping fee (especially since other camera stores gave me prices in the $50 range for overnight shipping so close to Christmas time), and had the package at 12:30 pm the next day as promised. So Big for Me, a 1.68meter man
I received this bag yesterday and pretty pleased with my decision. This shoulder bag is BIG on the look and spacious from inside. The reason I bought choose this one is for light travel and a bit of fashion.Because my gear was still very simple, I can not upload a picture show how I would pack with this bag.The material and structure look intact. The bag by itself was not padded but the "designated inserts". Through my observation, I could easily put a 2 D90 attached a 18-105mm lens with hood. 4 SB 600 Flash and a 15.4inch laptop. This Bag Rocks. Unless your going on a serious MAX Pedition You have no reason to pay 3 times the price. I don't see a single thing to have an issue with the quality of this bag. This thing is extreamly durable. You could drag it behind your car for a week and still use it. Some reviewers had issues with loose threads and worries of fray. I belive all issues have been resolved. The only thing that would make it better is for it to come with the CCW Holster or at least come out with one that is UTG priced. For now bend over and pay the $12 for a piece of nylon and velcro. Like the others have said you could easly make it your self but it's not really worth your time. $3 more and you would. $3 less and it's a great deal. They got it on lock. No Smell, Excellent bag
Bag is exactly as as advertised, no surprises.No obnoxious smell. Smells like all new nylon packs with waterproofing (my old packs smell much worse. I live in tropics and bags always go "sour" a Simple Green soak fixes them for a while).No sewing/thread problems.I removed most of silly over use of Velcro.I removed padded shoulder strap, don't see need.Zipper pulls make no obnoxious noise (unless you are maybe a running ninja...only place I run is in airports).Bonus: Found hidden pocket. just below mini carbiner on shoulder strap, behind all that silly attachment webbing is slot where cell phone slides very nicely. Can use some of silly removed velcro to make a little closure to hold it securely.Surprise bonus: instead of wearing cross shoulder, if you wear same shoulder, bag barely touches your body (again, high humidity living....all day packs and fanny packs make you sweat big time), "no touch" bag... Good but...
I bought this thinking it was very cute and unique. I recieved it in the mail a few days later and it was all I had hoped for. The two downfals were: A rather odd picture on the back including bull genitalia... And I really have to fight to get my cord/charger into any of the pockets.Aside from those two negatives I am still pleased with the product and have decided to keep it and continue to use it, and would still recomend it to others. Pockets may not hold power adapter
This is a suprisingly lightweight carrying case with decent construction. The newsprint is gibberish with random english words/phrases as well as some "chinglish" and latin.While the main pocket holds my Dell XPS M1330 laptop just fine, the outer pockets can't accomodate the Dell 90w power brick. It barely holds my Lenovo 65w power brick (which is fairly small). The dimensions of the two square outer pockets are roughly 5.5" x 5.5" with a 1/2" gusset. So check the size of your power brick if you planned to stick them in the outer pockets.Also note, the long horizontal pocket at the bottom of the case is too narrow for most AC adapters - roughly 3" high without gussets. I'm not sure what you're supposed to put in there -- maybe cables?It is not ideal (for me) to stuff the power brick in the same compartment as my laptop, so I'm rating this 3 stars instead of 4 due to the dysfunctional design.
