I bought this for my wife who was looking for a leather case for her make up.She needed one that was not going to be too big, but still was very sturdy.She was tired of the ones in the stores that were plastic or cloth.When this pouch arrived it came is a very nice box, worthy of sitting on her desk without having to wrap it.When she opened it up she was very happy. The leather is soft, but sturdy and has that fresh leather smell.Not too thin and holds everything her other plastic case did easily. Zipper seems pretty sturdy, but only time will be able to tell.She has had it about a week so far and really likes it.While it does look smaller the way it is built will fool you and holds more than you would think.The size is what they say 4" x 5.5", but what they don't list is that it is also between 1.5" to 2" in depth (can't say for sure as the wife done ran off with it and I ain't going diggin' in her purse).So its box...
