I bought this strap for my duffel bag for a trip to europe and I can confidently say that the strap will outlast my eastpak duffel bag. Just what I needed
This is a replacement strap for my messenger bag. Or as my wife calls it my man purse or murse. It is just what I needed: there is a rough grip material that is on the under side of the padded section so there is no more sliding off my shoulder. The same section is curved so that it 'fits' over the shoulder. The length is adjustable enough to allow for a sling over or over the head use. Top to learn more

Purchased one, then ordered five more
I originally purchased one of these as a replacement strap for my camera bag full of expensive gear. I needed something strong, reliable, and comfortable. This is the end-all for shoulder straps. Pad is comfortable and will not slip. The clips are METAL and secure...carry your load with confidence. Overall build quality is well above average. I couldn't have asked for a better case!
I made sure to measure my laptop before purchasing this bag, luckily it was the perfect size. The padded pocket is amazing, snug and the velcro strap is very nice, prevents my laptop from slipping out unexpectedly. I love the extra space and the outside pockets. This bag was made very well, the strap on the inside is textured so it doesn't slip off your shoulder, nice touch. There's nothing worse than watching your laptop slip to the ground. *shudders* I love the pattern on the front of the bag too. Overall I think this bag is great, and I would recommend this bag or any others from this company to others. I use it for school, so it's perfect! I hope everyone else is as pleased as I am. Beautiful Yet Functional
I ordered this laptop bag in order to carry my computer back and forth to school. When I first opened the package and saw the design I noticed how beautiful it was. It looks almost exactly like the image except a little bit darker. I have a macbook pro 13" and even though the case was designed for a 15" computer i find that it works better with the 13" because there is a little bit of extra space for my things. The amount of padding is perfect and I'm ecstatic to start using this case. I completely recommend it or any of the other laptop case designs by this company! Top to learn more

This bag is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a bag that had a padded compartment to fit my 14" laptop with a separate compartment for books, etc. and a smaller pocket or two for my ipod, phone, ID, etc. This bag has exactly that. My laptop (an HP Pavilion) fits quite easily into the padded compartment, which has a velcro closure for extra security. The non-padded pocket has ample space for books or other supplies and the two smaller zippered compartments are good for incidentals. The drawstring keeps the large compartment secure and the bag closes well with the velcro on the bag and flap (if the bag is REALLY stuffed I have to make sure to pull the flap down all of the way).The strap works well for me, but I am 5'6" and shortwaisted so I didn't really need to extend it (no issues with velcro that some have reported in reviews of similar bags).My only complaint is that I was choosing between 2 designs and went with this one because it did not have the... BEWARE! This is a small bag!
I had to return this bag because I was looking for a messenger bag. One that could hold books and possibly a computer. THIS IS NOT IT! This bag is the size of a purse. Perhaps, it was my fault for not scrutinizing the specifications; therefore, I felt that giving it a low rating for my mistake was wrong. Also, the bag looked as though it was very sturdy, and it's nice to know companies are becoming more sustainable. I wanted to warn others of my mistake to save them the hassle. Exactly what I have been looking for!
I have been looking for a small messenger bag for over 6 months and finally I have the one that fits me! I am not a purse carrying kind of person but needed more space when I got married (his keys, his wallet, his phone, camera, etc etc). I like to have my hands free and did not want to mess with a shoulder bag. This bag is perfect - lots of organization, a place for my sunglasses, straps that don't twist and bunch, small, durable and recycled. Handle came apart...not stitched!
This is a great bag that I use as a purse. It has a lot of pockets for organization and I can fit my Kindle inside. I had switched all my stuff to this bag and thrown away my old purse before I noticed the handle was broken. It was somehow missed by the sewing machine so it came apart. I have it held together with a safety pin which looks a little tacky. I wish I could exchange it for another one but I don't have an alternate bag. It would have gotten 5 stars otherwise. Perfect Bag!
After reading another review which called out the size of the padded inner compartment, I was worried about my 15" laptop fitting in this bag, but I couldn't find anything else that would be big enough and not ugly or plain black so I ordered it anyway just to try. (Amazon's return policy can't be beat.) To anyone else who has concerns about the size: measure your actual laptop, don't just trust the published dimensions. My laptop is supposedly 15" wide with a 15.6" (diagonal, viewable) screen. When I measured it, it was actually about 14.5" wide. Interesting. So I got the bag today and immediately checked that my laptop would fit in the inner compartment; it looked like it wouldn't at first, but I wiggled it and managed to shove it in for a snug fit. Had to take it out and put it back in three more times this afternoon, and each time it fits a little easier as the padding unfolds from shipping, but it's still snug enough to be secure. the thing is, you don't want a roomy... Stylish AND Practical
My laptop bag was falling apart, so I needed a new. I picked this one mostly for the cool design on front (It reminded me of Cherry Blossoms). The bag fits my VIAO perfectly.The main pouch for laptops is VERY well padded on the sides AND on the bottom. The flap (cool cordoroy-like material inside) and drawstring combination work to make the laptop fit perfectly. Moreover, the shoulder strap has a suede-like feel which makes it much more slip-resistant than the simple nylon straps you find on most bags. So all these things together make me feel like my laptop is well cared for in this bag.There is an aditional compartment for books inside. And two smaller zippered pouches are good for pens, mouse, flash drive, etc.This laptop bag was one of the few times where style was also really sensible. Top to learn more
Nicer than expected!
I ordered this for my granddaughter - off to college with new laptop, so deserved a new bag too! It is not only pretty, but very well constructed, and she should get a lot of wear out of it. It easily accommodates her 15.6" laptop, even tho made for a 15.4. It fits in snugly, which is good, but it is not difficult to slide into the padded compartment. Good but doesn't fit all laptops
This bag is great. It has tons of space, lots of pockets to organize things, and is a beautiful color (although it does get dirty easily). I bought this for my 15.4" Toshiba laptop, and let's just say, its a tight fit. I basically have to shove the computer in there.
